We are excited to announce our new program, LIVING LONGER, LIVING STRONGER. Our Living Longer, Living Stronger program focuses on improving mental and physical strength with the goal of preventing cognitive decline and frailty.
Quality of life as you age is determined by your actions now. Exercise; optimal nutrition; a positive attitude; and a sense of purpose and belonging are keys to aging with grace and strength, and they are an integral part of the Living Longer, Living Stronger program.
