Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

These healthful cookies are a great way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Scoop out 1/4 cup portions and place on baking sheet. Press down to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Notes

Double the batch and freeze. Warm up for 30 seconds in microwave.
