Our Health Coaches
Laura Walsh, RDN, LDN, CPT
President at Walsh Nutrition Group, Inc.
Laura Walsh is a culinary dietitian, nutritionist, and ACE-Certified Personal Trainer who helps individuals bridge the gap between clinical nutrition and real-world kitchen confidence. She founded Walsh Nutrition Group, Inc., in 1999 to provide highly individualized, behavior-based nutrition coaching. Laura’s practice rejects the “perfection over progress” mindset, focusing instead on the sustainable, micro-habits that drive long-term health and wellness.
Leveraging her background in professional test kitchens and years of teaching culinary strategy, Laura specializes in practical meal planning, recipe adaptation, and therapeutic cooking adjustments. As a certified Behavior Modification Specialist, she works closely with clients to reshape their relationship with food, building successful, collaborative partnerships that turn health goals into permanent lifestyle habits.
When she isn’t developing new recipes in the kitchen, Laura can usually be found on the tennis or pickleball court, volunteering locally, or exploring the regional restaurant scene with friends.
