CHIA SEED PUDDING

3-Ingredient Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding
Only 3 ingredients needed to make this strawberry chia seed pudding that's perfect for breakfast, snack or even dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk and strawberries in a medium bowl. Let settle for 2-3 minutes; mix until no clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Notes
Includes 5 g of added sugar from the sweetened almond milk.
Strawberry Almond Chia Seed Pudding: Add 1 tsp. almond extract when you combine all ingredients. Top each pudding with a few sliced almonds.
