Super Simple 4-Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

4-Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin spice doesn’t need to be limited to Fall. Pureed pumpkin gives this drink a nice texture and no animal products makes it a great vegetarian option. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk to keep the added sugar down but you can use vanilla almond milk if you like your drink a little sweeter.

Make sure to use pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling that has added sugar. I always use Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin to make this recipe and my pumpkin pie. If you love pumpkin like I do, try the Gluten Free Pumpkin Oat Muffins.
