Crunchy Cabbage, Apple and Walnut Salad
Cabbage may not be the usual green vegetable that you start your salad with but give it a try.

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. walnut oil
1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Salt and pepper
3 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
3 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
2 medium apples, cored, quartered, thinly sliced
1 cup walnuts
- Whisk Worcestershire sauce, vinegars, mustard, oil and syrup in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place cabbage, apples, and walnuts in a large bowl. Toss with dressing.
