Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie
These healthful cookies are a great way to start your day!
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/4 cup walnut halves
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp. water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Scoop out 1/4 cup portions and place on baking sheet. Press down to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
Double the batch and freeze. Warm up for 30 seconds in microwave.
